Oden Food Pop-Up x Ceremony PVD

This project was a collaboration with a sculpture student, developed alongside his thesis and brought into a real retail setting at Ceremony Café. I worked as a bridge between art and retail—coordinating logistics, aligning different needs, and helping translate the concept into a functioning pop-up.

My role moved between behind-the-scenes operations and front-facing service, making sure the experience felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming for customers.
